Shipping

CHECKING THAT. is made to order and fulfilled through local or regional production partners. Standard checkout is available for Canada and the U.S.

Canadian orders are fulfilled and shipped within Canada, and U.S. orders are fulfilled and shipped within the U.S., where available. If domestic fulfillment is unavailable and an order must cross the border, we will identify the route and known duty, brokerage, tax, or customs treatment before payment.

Canada and U.S. orders are expected to ship in 7–10 days. These are dispatch estimates, not delivery estimates. Standard shipping is shown at secure checkout. All other destinations require a special shipping quote priced for the individual order before payment.

Prices exclude tax, duty, brokerage, and customs charges unless they are explicitly listed before payment. A special quote will identify known destination charges and any charges that remain the customer’s responsibility. Customers must provide a complete, deliverable shipping address.

Returns and refunds

Because every item is made to order, returns are accepted only for defects or fulfillment errors. Please report an issue within two days of delivery by emailing returns@checkingthat.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and issue.

This includes items where a print language other than English was selected in the cart. If we confirm a defect or fulfillment error, we will arrange the appropriate remedy. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel and refund the affected item or order.

Privacy

We use the contact, delivery, and order information you provide to process, fulfill, support, and communicate about your order. Payment details are handled during checkout by the payment provider; this website does not store card details.

If you choose to join our email list, we use your email address for store updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. For privacy questions or to request help with your information, contact returns@checkingthat.com.

Store terms

Product colours and appearance can vary slightly by screen. Prices, taxes, shipping costs, and order availability are confirmed at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we can fulfill it.

CHECKING THAT. may correct a pricing or product-description error, cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, and refund the affected payment. The site content, artwork, and brand are protected by applicable law and may not be used without permission.
