Where do you ship?
Worldwide ordering is planned from day one. Available products, delivery times, and shipping costs vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
Where is the merchandise made?
Designed in Canada. Fulfilled from Canada or a regional production partner depending on availability. Product options, shipping cost, and delivery time vary by destination.
What if an item cannot be fulfilled?
If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel and refund the unavailable item or order. We will contact the purchaser using the checkout email.
Are tax and shipping included?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping and applicable HST or other destination taxes are calculated at secure checkout from the customer’s delivery address.
Which languages are available?
English, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, and Tagalog are launch-day print editions on every product. Final translated artwork requires native-speaker approval before production.
Can I customize the phrase?
No. The phrase is CHECKING THAT. Customization would introduce a second workflow, which is currently being checked.
